Today, Dec 31, 2010, we bundled up and went to the beach.

We discovered a new beach to explore about 30 minutes from our home, called

Grandview National Park

We had a splendid time beach combing, as we enjoyed finding natural sea sponge, agates, and beautiful "pearlized" delicate sea shells.

We got a Whirley Popper for stovetop popcorn,

so now I won't scratch the plated stovetop surface with the pots anymore...
